Matt Doyle will play a concert at NYC's Rockwood Music Hall on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7:30pm. The show will feature a set of original songs co-written by Doyle and composer Will Van Dyke from his two EPs "Daylight" and "Constant." He will be joined by his formerWar Horse co-star and fellow singer/songwriter Katy Pfaffl.

Broadway star Marla Mindelle's (Cinderella, Sister Act) short film The Devil's Bitch has been named as an official selection in the 2012 Friar's Club Comedy Film Festival. Mindelle stars in the darkly comic musical short, which she co-created with Jonathan Parks-Ramage, New York based writer/producer.

The off-Broadway production of Rent closed last night, September 9, at New World Stages. The production played 32 previews and 450 performances. The CAP21 Theatre Company has announced the next benefit concert in the Concerts for CAP21 series- SONGS ON FIVE. Featuring new songs from top songwriters in New York City, the one-night engagement is November 21 at 8:00pm at the CAP21 Black Box Theatre (18 West 18th Street, 5th Floor). All proceeds will benefit CAP21. Tickets are $21 and include a post-concert wine networking party. Tickets are available through OvationTix, online at www.cap21.org, or at the door.

Straight from a Saturday matinee and evening performance of the Broadway revival of Godspell, in which she sings the popular 'Turn Back, O Man,' songstress Morgan James will make her debut at the newly renovated Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) with her 7-piece rock n' soul band on Saturday, November 19 at 11:30 p.m.

Dancing With The Stars finalist and N'SYNC star Lance Bass, theater producer and last years' honoree Michel Butler and New York Yankees pitcher David Robertson will be featured guests at tonight's fourth annual Broadway in South Africa gala. Tonight's event will feature Broadway artists and Broadway in South Africa (BSA) students from South Africa sharing the stage to present and perform world-premiere songs written my many of New York's most talented songwriters and composers.
