Popejoy Hall Presents BASKERVILLE: A SHERLOCK HOLMES MYSTERY

Acclaimed playwright Ken Ludwig captures the wit and intrigue of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's original novel, The Hound of the Baskervilles, with a hilarious twist. America's longest running company, The Walnut Street Theatre, stages this classic whodunit one night only at Popejoy Hall on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 8 p.m.

Kristine Nielsen to Star in Theresa Rebeck's New Comedy THE WAY OF THE WORLD at D.C.'s Folger Theatre

Folger Theatre continues its 2017/18 season with The Way of the World, a new comedy freely adapted from the classic play by William Congreve. Written and directed by renowned author Theresa Rebeck (Mauritus and Seminar and Broadway; creator and head writer of TV's Smash), the production will star Tony Award nominee Kristine Nielsen (Present Laughter, You Can't Take It With You, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike on Broadway).

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company Presents: DEATH AND THE MAIDEN

The Media Theatre Announces All-Star Cast for NEXT TO NORMAL

The Media Theatre has Next To Normal this season, January 31 through February 25, and it's the region's only production which features an entire Actors Equity Association cast. Philadelphia audiences will be the first to see this production before it becomes the eighth national and international tour of a Walnut Street Theatre production. Directed by Walnut favorite, Bill Van Horn, Baskerville, A Sherlock Holmes Mystery begins previews in the intimate Independence Studio on 3 at the Walnut on January 2nd, opens January 4th, and continues through February 4th.

Bristol Riverside Theatre Presents TIME STANDS STILL

Bristol Riverside Theatre heads into the new year with Donald Margulies' Pulitzer Prize-winning classic Time Stands Still January 23-February 11. Directed by Susan D. Atkinson, the ensemble cast includes Laura Giknis, Eleanor Handley, Michael Satow, and Danny Vaccaro.

Walnut Street Theatre Continues its 209th Anniversary Season With THE HUMANS

Walnut Street Theatre continues its landmark 209th season with Stephen Karam's Tony Award-winning play, THE HUMANS.
