Rehearsals begin today, Monday, April 5 for the World Premiere production of PARADISE FOUND, a new musical under the combined direction of Theater legend and 21-time Tony Award winner Harold Prince (the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, Company, Follies, Evita) and 5-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman (Crazy For You, Show Boat, The Producers, Contact). The 39th annual edition of New Directors/New Films, the longstanding collaboration between The Film Society of Lincoln Center and The Museum of Modern Art dedicated to the discovery of new work by emerging filmmakers, will screen 38 films, at both venues, from March 24 through April 4, 2010. The 2010 slate includes a wide variety of films from 20 countries, including 27 feature films and 11 shorts, with numerous appearances and introductions by filmmakers.
