The 68th Broadway At Music Circus season begins June 12 with the beloved musical comedy Singin' in the Rain. Based on the film starring Gene Kelly as a dashing leading man in Hollywood's golden age, widely considered 'The Greatest Movie Musical of All Time,' the show features glorious dance sequences, riotous comedy routines and unforgettable songs. City Lit Theater will present THE ART OF ADAPTATION, its eleventh juried festival of world premiere adaptations of non-dramatic material, on June 22, 23 and 24, 2018 at its home at 1020 West Bryn Mawr Avenue. Six adaptations were selected following a nationwide call for submissions, and each was awarded a $200.00 prize. A jury of local theater professionals will select a best in show piece and award an additional $300 cash prize to its adapter.
