On June 12, musical theater revue show BROADWAY AT THE W opens at The Loft at W Hollywood, formerly Drai's Hollywood. Broadway actors, dancers and producers from Tony-Award winning and fan-favorite shows including "South Pacific," "The Producers," "The Book of Mormon," "Motown the Musical" and "Les Miserables" have assembled the highest caliber of Los Angeles-based Broadway performers to offer Angelenos an intimate and heart-stopping taste of Broadway. Tickets start at $10. The show features a live band, rotating program and special celebrity guests. The producers intend to continue the show on a weekly basis at W Hollywood.

Vision Vehicle Productions, producers of "PASS THE LIGHT" opening in select Carmike Cinemas nationwide on Feb. 6, announced today that they have launched the campaign "See the Light" on crowd-funding platform Indiegogo to bring the message that God's love is for everyone to people who wouldn't otherwise be able to see the faith-inspired film.

Vision Vehicle Productions announced today that the independent studio has sold worldwide rights to its next two features, PASS THE LIGHT and CONSTRUCTION, to DigiNext. Both films will be released theatrically and downstream through DigiNext's unique direct-to-consumer (DtoC) platform, a customized end-to-end solution for independent features and documentaries. Digiplex (NASDAQ: DCIN), DigiNext's JV co-owner with Nehst Out, agreed to be acquired by Carmike Cinemas (NASDAQ: CKEC), the nation's fourth largest exhibitor, in a transaction announced in May. Inclusive of the 200+ screens being purchased, Carmike's domestic footprint will expand to approximately 3,000 screens across 41 states. Vision Vehicle Productions' features will be the first narrative films to utilize this unique theatrical release and DtoC distribution platform.

Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Andre Bishop, Artistic Director and Bernard Gersten, Executive Producer) has announced today three upcoming cast changes in three featured roles in its award winning production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's South Pacific, directed by Bartlett Sher at the Vivian Beaumont Theater. Beginning Tuesday, January 6, Andrew Samonsky will assume the role of Lt. Joseph Cable, Eric Anderson the role of Stewpot and Matt Caplan the role of Professor, succeeding, respectively, Matthew Morrison, Victor Hawks and Noah Weisberg.
