TV Land announced today that it has greenlit 10 episodes of the original sitcom 'Retired At 35' starring esteemed comedy and drama actor George Segal. The sitcom is a TV Land PRIME original production and is the network's second venture into scripted comedy series along with 'Hot in Cleveland,' which premieres on June 16, 2010. Chris Case ('Reba,' 'Spin City') is the writer for 'Retired at 35' and serves as an executive producer. Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis ('Rita Rocks,' 'Reba,' 'Titus') are also executive producers.

Betty White will take on the role of the snarky but lovable Elka Ostrovsky, property caretaker of the home that co-stars - Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick - rent after their plane makes an emergency landing in Cleveland and they decide to stay.
