Romeo e Giulietta. Ama e cambia il mondo, il musical prodotto da David e Clemente Zard, ha ripreso le rappresentazioni in tutta Italia. Dopo due anni di assenza, a grande richiesta da parte del pubblico, e dopo il grande debutto a Milano, arriva finalmente aBologna: sara in scena per quattro spettacoli al Teatro EuropAuditorium, venerdi 27 aprile alle ore 21.00, sabato 28 aprile alle ore 16.00 e alle 21.00, e domenica 29 aprile alle ore 16.00.

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) are pleased to announce the New York premiere of The Cake, written by Bekah Brunstetter ("This Is Us," "American Gods," The Oregon Trail) and directed by MTC's award-winning artistic director Lynne Meadow (The Assembled Parties, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife, The Commons of Pensacola).

Last week, more than 100 teenagers from across Sydney had fun at the theatre, without a teacher in sight. A VIP experience with Sydney Theatre Company, especially designed for young Playwave members, saw 15-19 year olds treated to a Q&A with STC's Artistic Director, Kip Williams, before a performance of The Resistible Rise of Arturo UI starring Hugo Weaving. It was the first of many unique Playwave Experiences planned as part of this Sydney-wide program to engage new young audiences for the arts.

Written in 1929, this rarely produced play's socio-political commentary was ahead of its time. Through larger-than-life characters and circumstances, Mayakovsky warns of how the foibles of totalitarian regime policies can be manifested in the very people they are designed to empower.

Rehearsals for the production begin tomorrow, Tuesday, April 17.

Fully reimagined for the 21st century, Mozart's The Magic Flute is brought to the Belgrade Theatre for one night only this May with a brand new English libretto by acclaimed poet, author and playwright Glyn Maxwell.

Rebel Theatrical Management, LLC (Harvey Butler, producer), in association with The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture, have announced, today, the cast and the creative team for the New York premiere of the new play Little Rock, written and directed by Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj. Performances are set to begin Wednesday, May 30, 2018 for a limited run through September 8, 2018 at The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture (18 Bleecker Street). Opening Night is set for Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 7:00PM.

The Players Club of Swarthmore presents the greatest story ever sung, Jesus Christ Superstar, April 20-May 5, for 10 performances on the PCS Main Stage at 614 Fairview Ave., Swarthmore. Currently in previews at at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre is Manhattan Theatre Club's new Broadway production of Saint Joan, written by Nobel Prize in Literature and Academy Award winner Bernard Shaw and directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan (Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes, Proof). Starring three-time Tony Award nominee Condola Rashad (A Doll's House, Part 2; 'Billions'), Saint Joan will open on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.

Since making his Broadway debut in 1959, The Sound of Music (A Novica Rebelde) has become a singular phenomenon. No other show has achieved such a lasting trajectory of success as one of this musical, inspired by the true love story between a young novice and a widowed captain, father of seven. After winning eight Tony Awards, the stage production generate the five-time Oscar©-winning film (1965) - including Best Picture - and settled forever into the affective memory of generations to come. A new version of this classic is in theaters from March 28 at Teatro Renault, directed by Charles Moeller and Claudio Botelho.

HEATHERS THE MUSICAL prende spunto dall'omonimo film del 1998 con Winona Ryder e Christian Slater ed e arrivato in Italia in questa school edition dopo il debutto del 2013 a Los Angeles e il successo dell'edizione Off-Broadway rimasta in scena per sei mesi al New Sound Stages sulla 42nd Street nel 2014. Dopo il debutto per tre serate lo scorso settembre, questa versione italiana del musical e andato in scena per una serata speciale il 28 marzo scorso al Teatro Marconi di Roma e il suo incasso e stato devoluto alla ANLAIDS per sostenere il programma di informazione sui rischi del contagio dell'AIDS nelle scuole.

Yellow Claw, the producer and DJ duo known to the world for their bass-heavy productions and riotous performances, release a strikingly pensive new single. The pop-leaning “Villain” features 20-year-old, LA-based singer Valentina, who makes her career debut on the song. She also stars in the haunting music video alongside Yellow Claw's own Nils Rondhuis.
