According to Digital Spay, Broadway-bound actor Hugh Jackman has revealed that he would one day like to join the list of many Broadway veterans who have guest starred on GLEE. Jackman commented: 'I would quite like to appear in Glee. I've seen one episode so yeah, maybe.'

It's Official! Tony Award-winner Hugh Jackman will return to the New York stage next month in Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, playing October 25 2011 to January 1 2012 at The Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 44th Street). The official opening night has been set for November 10.

In Glenn Close's latest film she stars as Albert Nobbs- a woman passing as a man in order to work and survive in 19th century Ireland. Some twenty years after donning men's clothing, she finds herself lost in a prison of her own making. Close previously won an Obie Award for playing the Nobbs character Off-Broadway in Simone Benmussa's theatrical interpretation of Moore's short story, 'The Singular Life of Albert Nobbs. Glenn Close produced with Bonnie Curtis, Julie Lynn and Alan Moloney.

The first London production for 90 years of St John Ervine's searing Belfast tragedy Mixed Marriage, first seen at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, plays for a four-week season from Tuesday, 4 October 2011 at the multi-award-winning Finborough Theatre, with an outstanding cast including Daragh O'Malley (Sergeant Harper in ITV's Sharpe) and Nora-Jane Noone, the award-winning star of The Magdalene Sisters in her professional stage debut.

The Tempest, the third production in the Trevor Nunn Season, opened last night, 6 September and is booking until 29 October 2011. Les Misérables made its pre-Broadway premiere at the Kennedy Center in December 1986, and now Cameron Mackintosh's new 25th anniversary production of Boublil and Schönberg's Les Misérables will run in the Kennedy Center Opera House from September 28 to October 30, 2011. Featuring glorious new staging and spectacular reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, the production is directed by Laurence Connor and James Powell with music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer from the original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel.

The final performance of Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, the second production in Trevor Nunn's year as Artistic Director of the Theatre Royal Haymarket, is on Saturday 20 August 2011, as previously announced.
