The Realistic Joneses is currently in previews, with an official opening night on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at the Lyceum Theatre (149 W 45th Street). The new play stars Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winner; Academy Award and Tony Award-nominee Toni Collette ('Hostages,' 'United States of Tara,' The Sixth Sense, The Wild Party), Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award-winner Michael C. Hall ('Dexter,' Chicago, 'Six Feet Under'), Tony Award-winner Tracy Letts(Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?; August: Osage County; 'Homeland'), and Academy Award-winner and Golden Globe-nominee Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny; The Wrestler; Salome). The project 'centers on Nick (Stults), a successful, suave ladies man working as a sportscaster for a local Los Angeles TV station whose perfect life gets turned upside down when his mess of a cousin needs a place to stay. Rupp plays Merle, Nick's sweet, no-nonsense, widowed mother who lives nearby. Anders plays Stacey, the smart, tough lead anchor of the local news in L.A. where Nick does the sports.'

Michael C. Hall stopped by this morning's TODAY and shared that he is happy to leave the death-centered plots of his TV drama 'Dexter' behind him and focus on his new role in the Broadway production of 'The Realistic Joneses.'

Ralph Macchio and Mario Cantone headline the cast of a special industry reading of A Room of My Own, the anticipated new comedy written and directed by Charles Messina. Mr. Macchio and Mr. Cantone are joined by a cast that includes Colin Critchley, Gina Ferranti, Kendra Jain, and Johnny Tammaro. The invitation only reading is tonight, Monday, March 17, 2014 on the Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).

The producers of Will Eno's new play The Realistic Joneses have announced a general rush policy. A limited number of rush tickets, which are subject to availability, can be purchased at the box office of the Lyceum Theatre when the box office opens for the day of the performance on a first-come-first-served basis. The box office of the Lyceum Theatre opens at 10am Monday through Saturday, and at noon on Sunday. Rush tickets are $35 each and limited to two (2) tickets per customer.
