Matthew Lombardo and Rick Murray present multi-Tony Award winners Carol Channing and Tommy Tune in “An Evening With Carol Channing” on August 7, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Theatre in Provincetown, MA. The performance will be the first stop for the legendary duo in an evening that chronicles the life and career of Channing, who will speak candidly about her 70 plus years in show business.

El Portal Theatre presents "ONE MORE TIME!" An intimate evening of song, dance and memories with living legend Arthur Duncan, and Musical Direction by Lenny LaCroix with the Lenny LaCroix Trio at El Portal's Monroe Forum Theatre, in the NOHO Arts District, North Hollywood, CA. Bay Area Cabaret, devoted to presenting audiences with top performers who expand the definition of cabaret, enters its 11th season this fall with a sparkling lineup at the Fairmont San Francisco's historic Venetian Room. The new season features a star-studded lineup of performers making their Bay Area Cabaret debuts, as well as the return of a few favorites. The season kicks off on Saturday, September 27, 2014 with a tribute to songwriter Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell, Pocahontas, Enchanted, Prince of Egypt), starring Mr. Schwartz, SNL's Ana Gasteyer, Broadway's Liz Callaway and Michael McCorry Rose. The season continues November 2 with Tony winner Leslie Uggams (Hallelujah, Baby!, Beulah, Roots) and December 7 with Andrew Lloyd Webber protege and star of Broadway's Phantom of the Opera and Little Mermaid Sierra Boggess.

Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in Downtown Pittsfield, MA, under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and Managing Director Tristan Wilson, kicked off the 2014 Summer Concert Series with Tony Award-winner Tommy Tune in Taps, Tunes, and Tall Tales last night and BroadwayWorld was there.

On July 23 and 24, performers Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch (along with bass player Steve Doyle) took their swinging, sophisticated nightclub act to the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center Cabaret & Performance Conference in Waterford, CT. The duo performed in concert, and also participated in a talk-back with the students who are interested in creating their own one-person shows on the cabaret scene. Scroll down for photos!

In Celebrating Penny Fuller's stellar career, she will be sharing the stage with Richard Skipper recounting a 50+ year career in theater, television, film and in cabaret. The Public's HERE LIES LOVE kicked off its 'Summer Friday' performances on Friday. On the Friday, July 11th kickoff, guests in attendance included Alan Rickman, Tommy Tune, Anika Larsen, After Midnight's Karine Plantadit, Andrew Andrew and Sirius XM's Julie James.
