Larry David's record-breaking hit comedy FISH IN THE DARK, starring Jason Alexander and directed by Anna D. Shapiro, will extend its limited engagement for an additional two weeks through Saturday, August 1 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48 Street).
The record-breaking Broadway production of FISH IN THE DARK, written by and starring Larry David, has recouped its entire capitalization. The comedy about a death in the family, directed by Anna D. Shapiro, set a box office record for garnering the highest advance sale for any play in the history of Broadway and broke two house box office records (including its own) twice. FISH IN THE DARK began previews Monday, February 2 and opened on Thursday, March 5 at the Cort Theatre.
