Adrian Bailey, an ensemble member in the cast of The Little Mermaid on Broadway, was injured after a fall through a trap door prior to the start of this past Saturday's matinee. The New York Times reported this morning that the actor has asked for a court order to preserve a prop in the show in preparation for a potential lawsuit.

John Treacy Egan, currently starring as Chef Louis in Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID, will perform solo concerts at The Metropolitan Room on Sunday, May 11th at 9:30pm and Monday, May 26th at 9:30pm. Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS presented a one night only performance of You May Now Worship Me, a collection of musical short stories featuring Tony Award nominee Sherie Rene Scott, Monday, March 31 at 8 PM at The Eugene O'Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street). The evening will benefit the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative of The Actor's Fund.
