ANYTHING GOES Tour Comes to Cleveland's PlayhouseSquare, Now thru 10/14

The national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, will make its Cleveland premiere tonight, October 2 through the 14th at PlayhouseSquare as part of the KeyBank Broadway Series. The Cleveland stop will kick off the 25-city national tour.

Roundabout Theatre Company will soon launch the national tour of the 2011 Tony® Award winning Anything Goes, starring Rachel York as Reno Sweeney. The national tour will set sail in Cleveland on October 2nd, and BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge was invited to meet with the cast while they were still in rehearsals in New York City. While he was there, he caught a special performance preview and chatted with the whole team about taking the classic show on the road. We are excited to debut the special coverage below!

Rachel York leads the national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's Anything Goes (which features some faces familiar to fans of Tennessee theater), the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece that lays anchor at Nashville's Tennessee Performing Arts Center's Andrew Jackson Hall October 23-28.

The national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, will make its Cleveland premiere October 2 - 14 at PlayhouseSquare as part of the KeyBank Broadway Series. The Cleveland stop will kick off the 25-city national tour.

ANYTHING GOES Opens at CTG's Ahmanson Theatre, 11/28

Rachel York stars in "Anything Goes" with Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter, Original book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton, and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse and New book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman, will play Center Theatre Group's Ahmanson Theatre, beginning previews November 27, opening on November 28 and running through January 6, 2013.

Erich Bergen, Joyce Chittick, Alex Finke Join Cast of ANYTHING GOES Tour

Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, which will make its Cleveland premiere October 2, 2012 at PlayhouseSquare as part of the KeyBank Broadway Series. Previously announced actress Rachel York will star as Reno Sweeney and Fred Applegate will star as Moonface Martin. The principal cast also includes Erich Bergen as Billy Crocker, Jeff Brooks as Purser, Joyce Chittick as Erma, Alex Finke as Hope Harcourt, Dennis Kelly as Elisha Whitney, Vincent Rodriguez III as Luke, Marcus Shane as John, Sandra Shipley as Mrs. Evangeline Harcourt, Edward Staudenmayer as Sir Evelyn Oakleigh, and Chuck Wagner as Captain.

ANYTHING GOES Will Now Close on Broadway July 8

The final two weeks of performances begin today for Roundabout Theatre Company's Tony Award-winning production of Anything Goes. Scheduled to run through August 5th, the musical must end on Sunday, July 8th, 2012. Directed & choreographed by 2011 Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall, Anything Goes is playing on Broadway at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 West 43rd Street).

FREEZE FRAME: ANYTHING GOES Celebrates 500 Performances on Broadway!

Today, June 20, Roundabout Theatre's production of Anything Goes celebrated its 500th Broadway performance. This acclaimed production marks the second longest Broadway run in Roundabout's history, following its beloved revival of Cabaret. As previously announced, the show, which won the 2011 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical, will shutter on August 5, 2012. ANYTHING GOES to Play Final Performance on Broadway August 5

Roundabout has announced that the final eight weeks of performances begin today for the Tony Award winning production of Anything Goes. The original limited engagement subscription run opened on April 7, 2011 and was scheduled to run for 19 weeks. It went on to be extended three times through August 5, 2012 and this week, Anything Goes will celebrate its 500th performance on Broadway. This acclaimed production marks the second longest Broadway run in Roundabout's history, following its beloved revival of Cabaret.

SEMINAR's Jeff Goldblum, END OF THE RAINBOW's Tracie Bennett and More Set for Center Theatre Group's 2012-13 Ahmanson Season!

The 2012-2013 Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre season was announced today by CTG Artistic Director Michael Ritchie. The new season, the 46th season at the Music Center of Los Angeles, will include Jeff Goldblum in the West Coast premiere of the smart, sexy, new Broadway comedy "Seminar," Rachel York in the beloved 1930s musical romp - Cole Porter's "Anything Goes," the American premiere and pre-Broadway presentation of the dramatic musical "Backbeat" which features classic rock 'n' roll in its story of the birth of the Beatles, Tracie Bennett starring as the iconic Judy Garland in the West Coast premiere of the acclaimed play with music - "End of the Rainbow," and the daring new musical that explores a shocking event in American history - Kander and Ebb's "The Scottsboro Boys." In addition, the exuberant musical "Fela!" will return for a limited engagement as a bonus option to the season subscription.

Bill English to Replace Colin Donnell in ANYTHING GOES, 5/1

Colin Donnell, who currently plays the role of 'Billy Crocker' in Anything Goes, is set to depart the production on April 29. Bill English, who played the role while Donnell was filming a pilot in January, will take over started May 1.

Rachel York to Set Sail in ANYTHING GOES National Tour; Kicks Off October 2

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced that critically acclaimed Broadway actress Rachel York will star as "Reno Sweeney" in the national tour of the 2011 Tony® Award winning Anything Goes. Presented by Roundabout Theatre Company, the national tour will set sail in Cleveland this fall. Anything Goes is the winner of three Tony® Awards including Best Musical Revival.
