Full Cast Announced for A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM at the Lyric Hammersmith

Full casting has been announced for the Lyric Hammersmith and Filter Theatre Production of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, co-directed by Sean Holmes and Stef O'Driscoll. Jonathan Broadbent, Ed Gaughan, John Lightbody, Victoria Moseley and Ferdy Roberts return to the cast and they will be joined by Hammed Animashaun, Andrew Buckley, Clare Dunne and Cat Simmons.

Simon Stephens' HERONS and More Slated for Lyric Hammersmith's Spring 2016 Season

The Lyric Hammersmith today announces its Spring 2016 Season. They will present the first professional production of Simon Stephen's HERONS since the play premiered at the Royal Court in 2001, directed by the Lyric's Artistic Director Sean Holmes. This is followed by the return of their co- production with Filter Theatre of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM last staged in 2012. Whilst the Royal Opera will present, two contemporary operas, PLEASURE by Mark Simpson featuring well-known British soprano Lesley Garrett and the world premiere of Sarah Kane's 4:48 PSYCHOSIS by Philip Venables, both presented in association with the Lyric.

VAULT Festival 2015 Kicks Off Today

Following the enormous success of last year's VAULT Festival, Heritage Arts welcomes VAULT's triumphant return to the Leake Street tunnels for six frenetic weeks of live entertainment. From today, 28 January 2015 they will present a carefully curated, high quality multi-arts programme across seven different spaces under Waterloo station.

Rose Art Museum Welcomes New Board of Directors

The Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University has named 15 new members to its Board of Advisors and reappointed eight former board members. The unprecedented number of appointments, which follow the recruitment of Christopher Bedford as the Henry and Lois Foster Director of the Rose in 2012 and the naming of Lizbeth Krupp as chair of the board of advisors last fall, are another important step in a new era in the museum's history.

LION ARK Wins Best Documentary at 2014 Palm Beach International Film Festival

The dramatic live action rescue documentary Lion Ark brought its tally of awards to six at Palm Beach International Film Festival winning the audience vote for Best Documentary in a field of 28 documentaries. In its 19th year, the Palm Beach International Film Festival featured 165 films, closing with Jason Priestley introducing Cas & Dylan, which he directed, starring Richard Dreyfuss.

Texas Gala Movie Premiere to Raise Funds for Animal Rescue, 5/25

The Texas State Premiere of the award-winning wildlife rescue documentary Lion Ark - about the rescue of 25 lions - will be given extra bite as the event is to raise funds to send the team back to South America to save dozens of animals suffering in illegal circuses.

LION ARK Wins Audience Award at San Diego Film Festival

Action-packed documentary Lion Ark, which follows the rescue of 25 lions from illegal circuses in Bolivia, has won the Audience Choice Award for Best Documentary at the San Diego Film Festival. Lion Ark is currently touring prestigious film festivals across the world, after playing to sold out theatres in Mill Valley, California and London, UK. CSI star Jorja Fox, who appears in Lion Ark, will introduce the film at the Hawaii International Film Festival tomorrow.

NCTC To Host 118 Miles Off Broadway Second Annual Benefit Concert, 3/10
