With more than one million votes cast, the results will be revealed during an unprecedented two-hour broadcast, a special edition of '20/20', 'Best in TV: The Greatest TV Shows of Our Time with Barbara Walters,' airing TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC, in conjunction with ABC's broadcast of the Emmy Awards.
In an interview with The Cut last night at a party for New York's Fashion Week, Olympian Ryan Lochte revealed that he would be taping a cameo appearance for the new season of NBC's 30 ROCK. When asked about his upcoming TV appearances, Lochte replied, 'I know I have the cameo for 30 Rock in the morning, and after that, E! And then Live With Kelly. So I'm all over the place.'

One of the best things about Harvey Fierstein and Jerry Hermans' La Cage' Aux Folles is that it is a fun show. I was even asked if I had a feather boa to bring with me. Sadly I did not, but that made me more excited to see this Tony winning musical. This incarnation, directed by Noel Ruiz, features a wonderful cast and is showing at CM PAC in Oakdale, Long Island, through July 29th.

The McCallum Theatre, the Coachella Valley's premiere theatrical venue, will celebrate its 25th Anniversary Season with a star-studded lineup of Classical Music, Jazz, Cabaret, Comedy and a Broadway Blockbuster Series which includes Rock of Ages, Dreamgirls and West Side Story. The season kicks off on August 31 with comedy legend Steve Martin joined by the Grammy nominated Steep Canyon Rangers. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall has just completed one of the most successful seasons in the theater's forty-two year history, surpassing last season's sales. This year's sales were $6,207,790 and 108,737 tickets sold, while last year's sales were $5,559,227 and 99,946 tickets sold. This amount consists of Van Wezel presented Main Stage performances only, and does not take into account local companies, event rentals, and Van Wezel Schooltime performances.
The long-running sketch comedy series THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW is being released by Time Life on DVD. The half hour comedy was composed of sketches and parodies starring Carol Burnett, Vicky Lawrence, Tim Conway and Harvey Korman among others.
A native San Antonion came to town this week. CAROL BURNETT, star of Broadway, television and film, returned to the Majestic Theatre where she has many fond memories. When she came onstage, it was like an old friend had come through the door for a visit. Carol's show was different than most shows. There wasn't any singing or dancing, but there was pure entertainment.

The Troubies emerge super victorious with their presentation of Shakespeare's perhaps first ever play Two Gentlemen of Verona to the tunes of the rock band Chicago, renamed - you guessed it - Two Gentlemen of Chicago. Now at the Falcon, it's Shakespeare but in a fashion quite unlike anything the Bard imagined. The original play has a dog Crab, and Roosevelt the Pug (in picture above) lives up to his scene stealing image, making him a new canine star. Cast with the usual Troubie zanies Matt Walker, Beth Kennedy, Rick Batalla, Morgan Rusler and guest Rob Nagle as Valentine and Rue the Pug, Two Gentlemen of Chicago becomes more satisfying than what those other Two Guys offer... well, ok, if that's pizza, then this is like the best darn treat on the planet!
BASE Entertainment has just announced that DINER, a new musical based on the critically acclaimed 1982 film with a book by Academy Award winner and original DINER screenwriter Barry Levinson and music & lyrics by 9-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow, will have its pre-Broadway world premiere at San Francisco's SHN Curran Theatre (445 Geary Street). Directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall, DINER will play a strictly limited four week engagement from Tuesday, October 23, 2012, through Sunday, November 18, 2012, with an opening night of Friday, November 2, 2012. Due to these confirmed San Francisco dates DINER will now bow on Broadway in the spring of 2013, instead of the fall of 2012 as previously announced. Design team and casting will be announced at a later date.
