Today, 6 February 2013, 13 year old Tade Biesinger from Bountiful, Utah, US will become the thirty second boy to play Billy Elliot in the West End. Having performed the title role on Broadway, Tade will become the second boy to have performed the role in the US and the UK when he makes his West End debut at the Victoria Palace Theatre.

Milan Govedarica and Tullaroan Productions announce the national tour dates for the world première of Rabbitskin, which opens at Bradford Theatre in the Mill on Monday January 29 and closes at the Lowry Manchester on Friday March 1. The production is a new piece of writing by Dominic Grace. Rabbitskin was originally commissioned by West Yorkshire Playhouse and developed as part of WYP/Theatre in the Mill new writing season in 2012.

7 February - 2 March. Due to ongoing vocal issues, Connie Fisher has regretfully had to withdraw from the production. New casting will be announced in the new year.

AMC today announced a series order for the pilot "Low Winter Sun," a co-production between Endemol Studios and AMC Studio. Chris Mundy ("Criminal Minds," "Cold Case") will serve as writer, executive producer and showrunner on the project, which stars Mark Strong ("Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy" "Zero Dark Thirty") and co-stars Lennie James ("The Walking Dead," "Jericho," "Snatch"). Season one consists of ten, one-hour episodes.
