Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, the country's premier socially-conscious, eco-friendly arts festival, is proud to announce its seventh season of plays, musicals & staged readings, with all shows taking place at The Paradise Factory, 64 East 4th St, between 2nd Avenue & Bowery.

Vertigo Theatre Artistic Director Craig Hall, and Nathan Pronyshyn, Y Stage Theatre Series Producer, announced this afternoon via the release of an online season launch video, the company's 2015/2016 BD&P Mystery Theatre Series, and Y Stage Theatre Series for young audiences.

The University Musical Society (UMS) heads into spring of its 2014-2015 season with an eclectic March line-up. It's been 22 years since Dr Frank N. Furter last threw a party on the Bathurst Street Theatre stage. The doctor is due to strut his way back into the historic theatre this July in a production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. The production features the Randolph Academy College Program's Class of 2011 under the direction of Thomas Morgan Jones (The Winter's Tale-Stratford Festival), with musical direction by Jeannie Wyse (The Sound of Music-Mirvish) and choreography by Kerry Gage (Triple Sensation, Camelot-Stratford Festival).
