According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sandra Bullock is in talks to join Jamie Foxx and Quvenzhane Wallis in producers Will Smith and Jay-Z's film adaptation of Annie for Sony. Bullock would play 'MIss Hannigan' in the film.

CHAPLIN, the Broadway musical depicting the life of film icon Charlie Chaplin, will launch a sit-down production in Saint Petersburg, Russia beginning in September of 2013 at the Saint Petersburg State Theater of Musical Comedy. The production, which will be performed in Russian and feature local performers and musicians, will play a 2-year engagement as a part of the theater's repertoire.
Emmy Award-winning actress Jane Lynch, who stars in the hit FOX television show "Glee" as ruthless cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester and who recently made her Broadway debut as tyrannical orphanage matron Miss Hannigan in ANNIE, will be a guest on NBC's "Today" tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4, in the 10:00 AM hour. New Stage Theatre has extended its production of Hairspray, with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, through June 16 by popular demand.
