The Royal Shakespeare Company announces the summer 2015 season.

Simon Paisley Day (Musketeers, Doctor Who, Titanic, Sherlock, Spartacus, Being Human) will be reprising his critically-acclaimed role as the tyrannical Caldwell B. Cladwell, the machiavellian Head of UGC (Urine Good Company) in the West End transfer of Jamie Lloyd's ground breaking, splash hit production of URINETOWN The Musical.

The Victoria Theater at NJPAC presents Broadway's hottest stars Jessie Mueller and Jarrod Spector performing live together! See Jessie Mueller, the 2014 Tony Award Winner for Best Actress in a Musical: (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) and Jarrod Spector as they perform together in a new concert on Sunday, March 1st and Monday, March 2nd at 8PM. It will be seen in US cinemas from tonight, June 3 - July 3, and was seen in over 315 UK cinemas in May.

Full casting is announced for Christopher Luscombe's productions of Love's Labour's Lost and Love's Labour's Won (also known as Much Ado About Nothing). As part of a season marking the centenary of the First World War, both productions will play in repertoire in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon with a joint press day on Wednesday 15 October. They will also be broadcast live into cinemas worldwide and streamed free into schools.

Ever since 2014 Tony nominee Jessie Mueller burst onto the New York theatre scene in 2011's On A Clear Day You Can See Forever, she has starred in three other Broadway shows- including her current gig, Beautiful. But before taking on Carole King, Mueller established herself as a major part of theatre in Chicago, starring in such shows as Guys & Dolls, Henry IV, She Loves Me, Animal Crackers and more. The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) will mark Shakespeare's 450th Birthday with a free fireworks display outside the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Shakespeare's hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon this evening, 23 April.

The RSC is releasing a selection of music and speeches from Gregory Doran's productions of Henry IV parts I and II on a new CD and for download from iTunes. The recording is the second in the ongoing series which continues the ambition to capture the specially commissioned music composed for RSC productions of all Shakespeare's plays, as the Company works its way through the canon over the next six years.

RSC Artistic Director Gregory Doran has announced the company's Summer 2014 season in Stratford-upon-Avon with three early titles in the Company's six year journey across Shakespeare's entire First Folio of 36 plays. They are Henry IV Part I, Henry IV Part II, and The Two Gentlemen of Verona. They will be shot for broadcast as part of "Live from Stratford-upon-Avon," a program that screens the world's greatest classical theatre company from Shakespeare's home town around the world through a continued partnership with Picturehouse Entertainment. This year also marks the 450th anniversary year of Shakespeare's birth.
