Tori Scott, named one of Time Out New York's top 10 Cabaret artists, is returning to London this year and making her VAULT Festival debut with Thirsty! Direct from sell-out performances at Joe's Pub at The Public Theatre, New York and Live at Zedel in London, this unstoppable show celebrates poor life choices and Tori's unconditional love of vodka.

Animaniacs in Concert! starring Rob Paulsen and Randy Rogel will be performed at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, February 3rd. The Tilles Center for the Performing Arts is located at 720 Northern Boulevard, Brookville, NY 11548-1300. Ticket prices range from $115, which includes VIP Meet & Greet private reception post-show, to $35. Show begins at 7:30 pm.

Dr. Barbara Ann Teer's National Black Theatre (NBT) will be partnering with Toshi Reagon(WORD*ROCK*&SWORD) to present a community conversation called Parables In Iteration. The evening will take a closer look and celebrate the New York City Premiere of Octavia Butler's Parable of the Sower presented at the Public Theatre.

Hope Summer Repertory Theatre (HSRT) announced today that Lenny Banovez has been named Artistic Director heading into the 2018 Season. Banovez, who is also the Artistic Director of Titan Theatre Company, the Award winning & critically acclaimed theatre in Queens, joins the company after former Artistic Director David Colacci stepped down last fall after 25 years of service to the company. Because the two company's season schedules are complementary, Banovez will split time between Titan and HSRT, serving in New York from September through April and in Holland, Michigan May through August.

Kitchen Theatre Company continues its 2017-2018 Season with the regional premiere of Ironbound by Martyna Majok, a gritty, honest, and at times humorous look at an immigrant experience in America. Performances of Ironbound begin at the Kitchen Theatre Company in The Percy Browning Performance Space on January 21 and run through February 4.

The Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center is located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. Ticket prices range from $34-$51. Show begins at 2 pm.

In the spring of 1996, director Tina Landau developed a new play by her longtime collaborator Charles L. Mee with students at the UW School of Drama. The play was Trojan Women: A Love Story, and it premiered in New York that same summer.

Primal Forces (www.primalforces.com) explores today's cultural divide with the provocative play, Communion by Daniel MacIvor. The GLAAD-winning production features a lesbian psychiatrist, an alcoholic and her evangelical daughter who form a tense triangle. MacIvor's examination of women in modern-day society stars Jacqueline Laggy, Kim Ostrenko and Jenna Wyatt and is directed by Keith Garsson. Communion opens January 24, 2018 at Empire Stage.

East West Players (EWP), the nation's longest-running professional theater of color and the largest producing organization of Asian American artistic work, is pleased to announce the appointment of five new members to the Board of Directors: Jason M. Blackwell, Reggie Lee, Rose Chan Loui, Sally Pai Unruh, and Jeff Yang. Montclair Film today announced that it has partnered with Pomegranate Arts to present 2017 MacArthur Fellow and Pulitzer Prize finalist Taylor Mac's 'A 24-Decade History of Popular Music (Abridged)' at the 2018 Montclair Film Festival.
