After a short hiatus, New Generation Theater Company is back at the Duplex Cabaret Theater with a stellar cast for 'In The Neighborhood' on May 20th at 4pm.

Like You Like It RADcording cast members Nick Cearley ('The Skivvies,' Pageant), and Lesli Margherita (Matilda) will appear at The Drama Book Shop along with authors Daniel S. Acquisto and Sammy Buck for a book & CD signing celebrating Shakespeare's birthday. Friday, April 21st, 5:00pm event is free to the public. Joseph Macchia produced his first show in 1997 a show called Gwen Verdon and All Her Jazz, a show his brother Peter had written and starred in. Being bit by the producing bug, Joseph would go on to produce his brother's next show Judy and Me originally a one night solo show at the Duplex, Judy and Me would be turned into a play, and was booked for four nights at Rose's Turn. Where the show would wind up running for two years and then go and tour around the country. After Judy and Me toured the show took a break before returning to New York in an Off Off Broadway Run and then Off Broadway run. Since Judy and Me Joseph has created and produced numerous shows in New York City,
