Intermedia, a global leader in cloud services and the world's largest third-party Microsoft Exchange hosting provider, and Telanetix, Inc. (OTCQB:TNIX) (or "Telanetix" doing business as AccessLine™), a leading provider of cloud-based communications solutions, announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Intermedia will acquire Telanetix. The aggregate consideration to be paid by Intermedia will equal approximately $55 million, which amount includes the assumption of approximately $13 million in net debt and certain liabilities, and is subject to reduction for potential purchase price adjustments. Subject to such potential purchase price adjustments, it is currently estimated that each Telanetix common shareholder owning shares immediately prior to the transaction would be entitled to receive approximately $7.40 per share in cash.
The verdict is in and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), a leading global entertainment company, announced today that the home entertainment release of DREDD claimed the number one spot on the DVD sell-through and Blu-ray charts with 650,000 units sold, making it the best-selling new release title of the year. Blu-ray units accounted for nearly 50% of week 1 POS at retail. In addition, the critically acclaimed thriller, starring Karl Urban (Star Trek) as the titular character Judge Dredd, was the top film download for the week, outpacing all other titles in digital sales as well.

No Quarter delves into the relationship between a privileged son, who has left the real world behind, and his mother who has been dragged down with him. Due to Hurricane Sandy, the last day of performances for Henning Rübsam's SENSEDANCE were canceled. The new re-scheduled performances are this coming Sunday, January 20th, at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm at Salvatore Capezio Theater at Peridance, 126 East 13th Street, NYC.. The company will present two premieres celebrating Henning's 21st year as founding artistic director of his ensemble. The premieres will include, 'obsession | calm' and 'Brahms Dances'. Also on the program will be a reprise of 'Petit Pas' as a tribute to the late Neil Armstrong, whose voice is featured in the work; and 'HALF-LIFE 102'. The Dancers for the season are: Cynthia Dragoni, Erin Ginn, Temple Kemezis, Maria Phegan, Jacqueline Stewart, Uthman Ebrahim, Oisín Monaghan, Juan Rodriguez, Matt Van, and Henning Rübsam.
