PINKALICIOUS: THE MUSICAL Celebrates 'Pink Is Love' Weekend, 2/11 & 12

Broadway In Chicago today announced that Emerald City Theatre's 2010 hit PINKALICIOUS: THE MUSICAL continues to stay pretty in pink and celebrates that "Pink Is Love" for exclusive performances on Valentine's Day Weekend on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 and Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, playing at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place (175 E. Chestnut St). Individual tickets are on sale now.

PORGY AND BESS Celebrates Black History Month at Apollo Theatre

George Gershwin's 'American folk opera,' Porgy and Bess, premiered in New York City in the fall of 1935, one year after the opening of The Apollo Theater. Both the play, and the theater, became icons within African-American culture. So it's only fitting, and perhaps overdue, that they would eventually join forces.

Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Damian Arnold, has announced casting for the Broadway premiere of Marc Camoletti's classic farce Don't Dress For Dinner, starring Ben Daniels as "Robert," Melora Hardin as "Jacqueline," Adam James as "Bernard" and Jennifer Tilly as "Suzanne" with Spencer Kayden as "Suzette." Don't Dress For Dinner is adapted by Robin Hawdon and directed by John Tillinger.

Spring 2012 Announced at Rose Theatre Kingston

Rose Theatre Kingston has announced its' Spring 2012 season. Joely Richardson makes a welcome return to the London stage for the major revival of Ibsen's The Lady from the Sea, in a new translation by Stephen Unwin.

Kurt Peterson & Victoria Mallory Reunite for 'When Everything Was Possible' Concert, 4/29

James William Productions and Stephenie Skyllas will present Kurt Peterson and Victoria Mallory in When Everything Was Possible, A Concert (with comments), for one night only, Sunday April 29th (7:30pm) at New York City Center (131 West 55th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues), as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. They will be joined by a thirteen-piece band (Michael Rafter, Music Director), playing new orchestrations by Tony Award winner Jonathan Tunick. Larry Moss directs, with musical staging by Joshua Bergasse ("Smash"). Carolyn Wong will provide lighting design, with sound design by Leon Rothenberg and projection design by Telegraphicmedia.
