54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Teal Wicks tonight, May 8th at 9:30 PM. Broadway star of Wicked (Elphaba) and Jekyll and Hyde (Emma Carew), Wicks brings a night of songs inspired by folk, rock, soul and blues to 54 Below, with an acoustic set led by the visionary Jasper Grant (musical director of The Color Purple, Altar Boyz). Join her for a reimagining of works from Janis Joplin, Van Morrison, Joni Mitchell, Patty Griffin and more of the musical storytellers that have inspired Wicks on her journeys from coast to coast. It will be a night celebrating the spirit of the underdogs, survivors, troubadours, seekers, lovers and dreamers.

After a sold-out first edition, Broadway's best writers and performers teamed together again to help raise funds for children with special needs in New York City and around the world. Victor Legra, Anthony Crouchelli & M.O.V.E for Autism presented 'Putting the Pieces Together: Volume 2' featuring the music of Carner and Gregor, Rosser and Sohne, Maglione and Ruiz, Joey Contreras, Justin Anthony Long, Jonathan Lee & Joanna Burns; David Dabbon, and Will Van Dyke. 'Broadway Charity Songs' has paired a group of award-winning musical theatre composers with a group outstanding charities and tasked them with composing an original song that the prospective charity could use for fundraising purposes. The result is a group of songs gifted to the charities - with the hope that the songs 'go viral' -- increasing awareness for these outstanding organizations.
