Albert present Court Founding Artistic Director Nicholas Rudall's translation of Euripides' Iphigenia in Aulis, directed by Charles Newell. Iphigenia in Aulis will run November 6 - December 7, 2014 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue. Press Opening is Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 8:00PM.

Victory Gardens Artistic Director Chay Yew, Managing Director Chis Mannelli and The One-Minute Play Festival Producing Artistic Director Dominic D'Andrea announce the Fourth Annual Chicago One-Minute Play Festival (#1MPF), an evening of one-minute plays by sixty of Chicago's top playwrights, directed by ten Chicago directors. #1MPF will be presented for two performances only, Sunday, May 4 and Monday, May 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Victory Gardens Biograph Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Park.

The most wonderful time of the year is underway as Goodman Theatre's A Christmas Carol begins its 36th annual production. Directing the holiday favorite for the first time, Henry Wishcamper's production features all-new on stage magic-set elements, special effects and more. The cast of 27 (below, includes 14 new and 13 returning cast members) stars Larry Yando, who most recently appeared in Mary Zimmerman's production of The Jungle Book as Shere Khan, in his sixth turn as Ebenezer Scrooge and 8-year-old Matthew Abraham as Tiny Tim for the second year. Ensemble Members Depart From ATC, Revive American Blues

Chicago's second oldest ensemble based company is continuing on as American Blues Theatre, which was founded in 1985.
