On next week's all new episode of GO ON, titled 'Double Down,' Ryan (Matthew Perry), still pained from the breakup with Simone, (Piper Perabo) backslides into his old gambling habit, though sternly warned by Lauren (Laura Benanti) to steer clear. But when he receives the life insurance check for his deceased wife, it's more than he can bear and he starts making bets on anything and everything. Meanwhile Anne (Julie White) meets a stunning, young bookstore clerk, Brittney, (Annie Heise) who turns out to be all beauty and no brains. Lauren comes to Ryan's rescue by fleecing him at poker and in the aftermath, Ryan bonds with Anne over their respective lost loves. 'Double Down' airs March 5 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
NBC is setting up a mini-FRIENDS reunion! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Courteney Cox is set to guest star on Matthew Perry's GO ON this April. The pair formerly played Chandler and Monica Bing on the hit sitcom FRIENDS.
On GO ON's upcoming episode 'Pass Interference,' despite Lauren's (Laura Benanti) warning to Ryan (Matthew Perry) of no dating among group members, he continues to pursue Simone (Piper Perabo) but each time things heat-up with them, Janie's (Christine Woods) ghost appears, throwing Ryan off his game. The group helps Ryan deal with the guilt he feels as he starts dating again. Meanwhile Anne, (Julie White) Yolanda, (Suzy Nakamura) Sonia, (Sarah Baker)and Fausta (Tonita Castro) decide to buy Lauren a wedding dress and use Owen (Tyler James Williams) as a body double.
