Written by Suzanne Beal and directed by MET Associate Artistic Director Gené Fouché the show runs from July 6 through the 22nd at the MET, located in the historic FSK Hotel at 31 W Patrick Street. In the coming weeks, Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) is holding auditions for three very different projects, including two World Premiere productions. The first of which will be presented as part of MET's series, MET-X, created to expand the collective horizons of the MET ensemble and its audience. The other World Premiere is a community collaboration between MET, Frederick Community College and Hood College that is looking to cast a large ensemble of actors to occupy FCC's Kussmaul Theater this August. Last but not least the MET's resident improv & sketch group, The Comedy Pigs, is hoping to pick up some new players as they enter their twentieth season. These three very disparate projects cast a large net that will offer performers of all levels of experience a chance to seize the spotlight.
