Young Frankenstein, the stage reincarnation of the classic Mel Brooks movie, is alive and headed to Salt Lake City. As part of the 2010-2011 Broadway Across America - Utah season, Young Frankenstein will be at the Capitol Theatre from April 26 - May 1.

The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein, a new musical comedy from the creative team of the 12-time Tony Award winning smash The Producers, is coming to the DuPont Theatre for eight (8) performances only.

INTERVIEWING THE AUDIENCE - a new work by the playwright and filmmaker Zach Helm and created spontaneously each night by Mr. Helm from on stage interviews with willing members of the audience - will close February 27.

Broadway's cuddliest cast kicks off a new year with the 14th edition of THE BROADWAY BEARS auction on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill (237 West 42 Street), produced by and benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein, a musical comedy from the creative team of the 12-time Tony®-Award winning smash The Producers, is coming to Omaha, Tuesday, March 29 through Sunday, April 3, 2011. The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein will be presented at the Orpheum Theater by Omaha Performing Arts and Broadway Across America.

The evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour replete with gourmet hors d'oeuvres, several kinds of champagne delights and piano music. Two of Broadway's hottest stars, husband-and-wife duo Lauren Kennedy and Alan Campbell will entertain audiences with their new Cabaret extravaganza 'It Takes Two' in the Showroom at 7:00 p.m. Food and drink will continue to flow in the Showroom throughout the performance. During the intermission, there will be a short live auction of jewelry provided by Bigham Jewelers. After the show, patrons will enjoy dessert and drinks with Alan and Lauren.

According to an Equity casting notice, FINDING NEVERLAND will have a New York City reading May 24-31, and will feature direction and choreography by Tony Award winner Rob Ashford. Auditions for the project will be held by Tara Rubin Casting on February 23-24 for the roles of Peter, George, Jack, and Michael.

Harry Connick Jr. just added at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall for Thursday, April 7 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 18.

La Jolla Playhouse announced the fifth production in its 2011/12 season: Finding Neverland, book by Allan Knee, with a score by the Grey Gardens writing team of Scott Frankel (music) and Michael Korie (lyrics), directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Rob Ashford (Cry-Baby, Thoroughly Modern Millie).
