Battle Creek's Frankie Ballard to Open for Bob Seger at the Palace, 5/24

The Detroit Free Press reports that 27-year old country singer and guitarist Frankie Ballard from Battle Creek is tonight's opening act for Bob Seger at the Palace. Ballard has broken into the music scene with impressive speed and in the company of some high-profile acts.

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres Present ALL SHOOK UP, JC SUPERSTAR et al in '10-'11

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres presents a wide range of performances in the coming months. On The Main Stage, Chanhassen Dinner Theatre presents ALL SHOOK UP playing now through Jan 29, 2011. Performances are evenings at 6:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday performances are at 4:30 with matinees at 11:00 am on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Tickets range from $47-$65 for the show and $59-$77 for dinner in addition to the performance.
