Everything is Ours, written by Nikole Beckwith, directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, and produced by Devon Berkshire. Performances begin Saturday, August 31st at 8:30pm, at HERE Arts Center, 145 Sixth Avenue, (entrance on Dominick St. 1 Block South of Spring). Opening night is set for Tuesday, September 3rd at 7:00pm. The show must close Saturday, September 21st. Tickets are $18 general admission and may be purchased at www.here.org or by phoning 212.352.3101.

Hotel Nikko San Francisco and Michael Feinstein have announced two upcoming performers at the all-new Feinstein's at the Nikko -- actor and comedian Bruce Vilanch and Tony Award nominated composers Pasek and Paul. Located within Hotel Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco), Feinstein's at the Nikko will present a wide range of entertainers all within an intimate 140-seat cabaret setting. Bruce Vilanch will perform for one-night-only tonight, July 18th at 8 p.m. Pasek and Paul will perform two performances only - Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 20 at 7 p.m.

Ars Nova Now Accepting Applications for Play Group 2014; Deadline 8/5

Ars Nova (Jason Eagan, Artistic Director; Jeremy Blocker, Managing Director) is now accepting applications for Play Group, a vibrant and eclectic group of emerging writers who gather twice a month at Ars Nova to share new work and get peer feedback. The group offers members the chance to develop their plays with peer support; to be inspired by each other's work; to form collaborative relationships; and to build a strong sense of community within Ars Nova. All emerging playwrights are eligible for membership. If selected, new members will be invited to join for a period of two years beginning in January of 2014.
Colt Coeur Launches Kickstarter Campaign to Fund EVERYTHING IS OURS World Premiere

The 3-year old company, helmed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, has used Kickstarter twice before to raise funds for the world premieres of Lucas Kavner's Fish Eye (New York Magazine championed as one of the year's best)and Eliza Clark's RECALL, as well as their play-making intensive offered free-of-charge to NYC teens. Despite being rich in talent, no one in the company 'comes from money' or has access to major donors who can write big checks. Instead, with funding goals ranging from 12k to 18k, roughly over 200 distinct donors have contributed an average of $100.

Speaking on tonight's Tonys red carpet, composing team Benj Pasek and Justin Paul revealed that they are writing an original musical to be directed by Michael Greif, as well as crafting a new stage musical for Disney. The duo is nominated tonight for Best Score for A Christmas Story - The Musical, which they say has hopes of returning to Broadway -- or at least New York -- every year for the holiday season.
