HENRY's modern American Bistro on the Upper West Side is launching a musical dining experience on February 1 as part of the restaurant's 10th anniversary celebration. 'Sing for Your Supper' will become a weekly evening of song from rising talent in the musical theatre and classical music worlds. The event will feature a 3-course Spaghetti & Meatballs dinner for $19 and will showcase Chef Mark Barrett's (former sous chef of BABBO) amazing Veal Ricotta Meatballs. The debut event will be hosted by pianist Steven Blier (founder of the New York Festival of Song) and scheduled to perform is Metropolitan Opera tenor Paul Appleby.
