On tonight's episode of NBC's THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE, fans will get to see the late Joan Rivers' final TV appearance.

Playwright A. R. ("Pete") Gurney, one of the most-produced playwrights in the history of Westport Country Playhouse, was celebrated for his body of work at the theater's one-night-only fundraising gala, "A Perfect Party: A Gala Evening Honoring A. THE CUTTING ROOM will once again host RYAN SHAW, the two time Grammy nominee and star of MOTOWN The Musical (Stevie Wonder) on Broadway, on Monday evening, April 21 at 8:30pm (doors are at 8). Motown's Brandon Dixon and Epic Recording Artist Morgan James, will join Ryan at the April 21 show.

Over 400 guests attended Westport Country Playhouse's annual fundraising gala, 'Sophisticated Lady: A Gala Evening Honoring Phylicia Rashad,' on Monday evening, September 16. In addition to honoring the Tony Award-winning actress, arts advocate and philanthropist Howard J. Aibel of Weston was presented with the Westport Country Playhouse Leadership Award. Legendary comedian Joan Rivers will play the final show at the popular performance venue The Cutting Room on January 13, after which the club will close its doors. Showtime is at 7:30 PM, with $30 tickets available at 212-352-3101 or online at www.SpinCycleNYC.com. Rivers is also playing the club January 6 & 7. Proceeds from her shows benefit God's Love We Deliver and Guide Dogs for the Blind. The Cutting Room is located at 19 West 24th Street in Chelsea, accessible from the F & V trains at 23rd Street.
