Full casting has been announced for the Touring Consortium Theatre Company's new production of A View from the Bridge, directed by Stephen Unwin with Jonathan Guy Lewis as 'Eddie Carbone' and Michael Brandon as 'Alfieri', staged to celebrate the centenary of Arthur Miller's birth. The production will open in Nottingham on 4 March 2015, and then visit Cheltenham, Darlington, Wolverhampton, Bradford, Coventry and Edinburgh.

Today the Rose Theatre Kingston announced its 2014 Season. 2014 will see the theatre continue to produce Rose Productions as well as embarking on new and exciting partnerships, sharing skills and resources with other theatre companies and venues to create top quality theatre. Designs are by Tim Hatley with lighting by Peter Mumford and sound by John Leonard. Rose Theatre Kingston and English Touring Theatre will co-produce a new translation of Henrik Ibsen's classic, Ghosts this autumn. Stephen Unwin, outgoing Artistic Director of the Rose Theatre, will direct his own translation which will premiere at the Rose on the 19 September before touring nationwide to Salisbury, Oxford, Guildford, York, Watford, Malvern and Brighton. Unwin has a long standing connection with Ibsen's work, and this will be the 7th Ibsen play he has directed. This will be the second play translation that Unwin has written, following his highly acclaimed translation of The Lady from the Sea in 2012 at the Rose Theatre.
While everything does not quite come together in UCT Drama's production of LA RONDE, the production is still rewarding, with several moments in which the play springs vividly to life.
St. James Theatre and Theatre Royal Bath Productions present the Ustinov Studio production of The American Plan by Richard Greenberg, directed by David Grindley. The production will transfer to the St. James Theatre from Tuesday 2 July to Saturday 10 August 2013, with press night on Monday 8 July at 7pm. The production received its UK premiere earlier this year at the Ustinov Studio, Bath. Booking opens for members and friends of the St. James Theatre on Monday 6 May and to the general public on Wednesday 8 May 2013.

The Rose Theatre Kingston has announced its Christmas production and two further new Rose Theatre Productions in 2013. Covering the Christmas period, Cinderella The Midnight Princess, tells the magical classic Cinderella story with humour and the sublime music of Mozart. In-house productions include Noel Coward's The Vortex and Richard Bean's black comedy Smack Family Robinson, directed by the much-loved Richard Wilson. Next year also sees the return of Propeller with The Taming of the Shrew and Twelfth Night, and Northern Broadsides presents the groundbreaking Rutherford & Son, directed by Sir Jonathan Miller.
Full casting is now complete for the Menier Chocolate Factory production of Brandon Thomas' comedy classic Charley's Aunt, directed by Ian Talbot and starring Mathew Horne, Jane Asher, Norman Pace and Steven Pacey. Although previously confirmed in the cast, Sam Kelly has had to withdraw from the production and is replaced by Charles Kay.
