Big changes are in store for Scranton in the hilarious eighth season of the Primetime Emmy® Award winning series THE OFFICE. Andy (Ed Helms, The Hangover) has taken over as manager and he will stop at nothing to win the affection of the Dunder Mifflin staff.

In an announcement made during a conference call to reporters this morning, THE OFFICE executive producer Greg Daniels announced that the veteran comedy will call it quits after its upcoming ninth season.

Deadline.com reports that HBO has ordered a pilot adaptation of the award-winning BBC Four medical comedy GETTING ON. The project is from Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer, who co-wrote the adaptation. BBC Worldwide Productions will also produce.
