The 61st edition of the San Sebastian Festival will present its Donostia Award to one of today's best known film stars, Hugh Jackman. The actor will receive the Award on September 27 prior to the special screening of the latest work in which he plays the lead, Prisoners.

On Friday, May 3, Brooklyn Parks Commissioner Kevin Jeffrey joined Borough President Marty Markowitz; Council Member Stephen Levin; Member of the Beastie Boys, Adam Horovitz; parents of Adam Yauch, Noel and Frances Yauch, and members of the Yauch family; and John Silva of Silva Artist Management, to rename Palmetto Playground in Brooklyn Heights in honor of musician and Brooklyn native, Adam Yauch.

The series, which aired on the cable network from 2004 - 11, gave an inside look at the Hollywood goings on from the point of a view of a rising star, his manager and agent and his gang of friends who formed his inner circle.
