Fearless Productions will present "Legends and Bridge" by C. Stephen Foster in association with Black Box Theatre Publishing. This play is a comedy imagining former, silver screen legend Joan Crawford (matronly, washed up, and pickled on spiked Pepsi) who invites Judy Garland (recently fired from her CBS TV show) and Bette Davis (bitter at no longer being the "Queen of Hollywood") up to her Manhattan apartment in 1964 to live with her as they work on a "secret" film project.

Since then, they have played to sold out shows across the globe, garnering critical acclaim for not only their impeccable vocals, but the delightful humor, charm, and audience engagement they bring to their performances.

It had been three years in the making when Kristin Chenoweth took the stage at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday for her one night only concert. She was welcomed by thunderous applause, was visibly moved and happy to be there. Over the next 2 hours she took us on a journey through different musical genres, including musical theatre, country, gospel and pop. The award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company's next production is a swashbuckler: the world premiere of 'Zorro!' based on Johnston McCulley's 'The Curse of Capistrano' (1919) adapted by James Rana. Spanish for 'fox,' Zorro fought the oppressive colonial government in Spanish California with a quick sword and wit. Wearing a mask, he kept his identity secret, even to the woman he loved. In 1939, Bob Kane and Bill Finger gave credit to McCulley's masked avenger, with his dual identity, as their inspiration for 'Batman.' Like Bruce Wayne and Batman, Don Diego and Zorro are never seen together at the same time.
Rising cabaret star Marissa Mulder's most recent performance of 'Living Standards' at the Metropolitan Room was certainly up to the high standard she has set for herself over the past couple of years. In fact, she's so consistently solid that she overcame the show's misguided and clunky premise that some very good contemporary songs should be thought of as 'standards.'
