The Stella Adler Studio of Acting's Outreach Division will perform Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors on Friday, July 31. The show will be the culmination of four weeks of hard work by students in the Outreach Division's Summer Shakespeare Program.

Inspired by Thornton Wilder's 1938 drama of everyday existence, The Ordinary Theater will present the World Premiere of THE JOYS OF FANTASY. Playwright/director Mitchell Polin re-mixes Wilder's classic ideas with literary, theatrical, musical and visual arts innovations to create a wholly original theater experience. This site-specific multimedia production will be presented for a limited engagement beginning July 8 at Twelve21, an 8,000 square foot event space in Chelsea.

Set in Buffalo, New York, Over the Tavern takes us back to the Eisenhower era of the 1950's and introduces us to the Pazinski family (Mom, Dad and their four children: Eddie, Annie, Georgie and the hero of the tale, 12-year-old Rudy) who live over the bar they own.
