Nationally-syndicated morning talk show LIVE! WITH KELLY announces the lineup of guest co-hosts who will join Kelly Ripa during the week of August 20-24, 2012.

Deadline.com reports that the cast of ABC's MODERN FAMILY has closed a deal with 20th Century Fox TV after threatening a law suit against the studio. After two months of negotiations, six cast members, including Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ed O'Neill and Sofia Vergara have dropped their lawsuit after negotiationg new salaries.

TEEN CHOICE 2012 will once again celebrate the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web in the choicest, star-studded two-hour event airing live tonight, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. ABC received 48 nominations for the 64th Primetime Emmy(R) Awards, covering the eligibility period of June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. The nominations were announced today by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences from the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in the NoHo Arts District, California.
