Signature Theatre is pleased to announce the continuation of its The World of the Play series with a discussion inspired by Regina Taylor'sstop. reset., now playing in The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center. The panel will take place on Saturday, September 28 at 4:30pm in The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre. The event is free and open to the general public. Reservations are not required.

Signature Theatre has announced an additional one-week extension for the World Premiere of Horton Foote's THE OLD FRIENDS, directed by Michael Wilson. The production will now play through Sunday, October 13. Signature Theatre has announced a change to the theatre's Legacy Program for the 2013-14 All-Premiere Season: the theatre will produce the World Premiere of Horton Foote's THE OLD FRIENDS, directed by Michael Wilson and featuring Betty Buckley, Hallie Foote and Lois Smith. THE OLD FRIENDS replaces the previously announced EDWARD ALBEE'S LAYING AN EGG, which Signature remains committed to premiering in a future season.

59E59 Theaters will welcome the US premiere of THE GIRL I LEFT BEHIND ME, written by Neil Bartlett and Jessica Walker, and directed by Mr. Bartlett to Brits Off Broadway. THE GIRL I LEFT BEHIND ME begins performances tonight, April 30 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 19.

This is the fourth extension for the production, which will now play through Sunday, June 9. Following the end of its run on March 24th at The Pershing Square Signature Center, Signature Theatre's critically acclaimed production of David Henry Hwang's play THE DANCE AND THE RAILROAD, directed by May Adrales, will play a limited run at The Inaugural Wuzhen Theatre Festival in Wuzhen, China, May 9-12, 2013. The entire production, featuring Ruy Iskandar as Ma and Yuekun Wu as Lone, will make the transfer. This marks the first time that a play by David Henry Hwang has been performed in mainland China.

Signature Theatre has announced that their "The World of the Play" series continues with a discussion of the history and current conditions of Chinese laborers, inspired by David Henry Hwang's THE DANCE AND THE RAILROAD, now playing in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center. The panel of experts will reflect on the history, impact, and discrimination faced by Chinese laborers in the United States, and the issues facing these laborers today, both in the United States and in China.
