Entertainment One (eOne) celebrates 9 nominations for the 2017 GRAMMY Awards® announced yesterday.

This morning, The Recording Academy and 2016 GRAMMY Best New Artist, Meghan Trainor, kicked off this year's GRAMMY Awards nominations by revealing nominees in the four General Field categories (Best New Artist, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Album Of The Year) live on 'CBS This Morning.

Carnegie Hall today announced the all-star lineup for A Night of Inspiration, an evening of spiritually uplifting music on Today, December 6 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage. Under the direction of multi-faceted producer, composer, and music director Ray Chew, the special guest artists will include Yolanda Adams, Dionne Warwick, Shirley Caesar, Donnie McClurkin, Richard Smallwood, Cantor Azi Schwartz, and singers from the New Faith Church from Cape Town, South Africa. Additional guest artists are to be announced. This show is being presented in partnership with Chew Entertainment – a full service production company owned by Ray and Vivian Chew.

The Smithsonian's new National Museum of African American History and Culture opened its doors with an all-star tribute on ABC Television's TAKING THE STAGE: AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSIC AND STORIES THAT CHANGED AMERICA a two-hour program of music, dance and the spoken word on THURSDAY, JANUARY 12 (9:00–11:00 p.m. EST).

Entertainment One (eOne) celebrates 3 Dove Award wins for Hezekiah Walker, Jonathan McReynolds, and William McDowell, encompassing a wide scope of styles from traditional and contemporary gospel/urban, to urban worship at the 47th Annual GMA Dove Awards.  

The ABC Television Network celebrates the unveiling of the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture with a two-hour program of music, dance and the spoken word called “Taking the Stage: African American Music and Stories That Changed America.”

ABC added another collection of powerful voices to the opening of the Smithsonian's new National Museum of African American History and Culture. Stars will include John Batiste, Shirley Caesar, Chloe X Halle, Fantasia, Robert Glasper, Herbie Hancock, John Legend, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin and Cynthia Erivo.

The Reigning Queen of Gospel, Shirley Caesar was honored in a jubilant celebration in Hollywood on Tuesday June 28th, as her trailblazing music career was recognized with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Honored in the category of Recording, Shirley Caesar's star was unveiled in front of the Fonda Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, with Pastor Caesar joined by world-renowned artists Yolanda Adams and Kirk Franklin as guest speakers, and Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Leron Gubler as the emcee, who also declared it “Shirley Caesar Day” in Hollywood during the ceremony.
