The Muny has announced its full cast, design, and production teams for the groundbreaking rock musical Chess, July 5 - 11.

This week, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

Broadway Backwards, the annual event where gender doesn't matter but love does, made its virtual premiere earlier this week with special appeals from Chasten Buttigieg, Ariana DeBose, Debra Messing, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Tony Shalhoub and Ben Vereen. The stream will be available on demand through 11:59pm tonight, April 3.

The virtual edition of Broadway Backwards delivered an emotional and exuberant evening of performances and raised a record $749,555 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center.

Williams & Bartholick Theatricals is excited to announce their new cabaret series "Artists for Awareness" taking place at The Duplex. With some of New York City's finest performers, Artists for Awareness is a budding concert series that raises funds for charities including The Arthritis Foundation. Through the catalogs of favorite singers and scores of beloved musicals, they strive to bring attention to important causes through the power of music.

Casting is now complete for the foot-stompin' musical Honky Tonk Angels. This performance, playing from September 19 - September 30, will be directed by DAVID HEMSLEY CALDWELL, returning to the Lyceum for his 20th production, and musically directed by SAM CLEIN. The production features SHARON MALANE as Darlene, ERIN MCCRACKEN as Angela, and SHELBY RINGDAHL as Sue Ellen.

On September 16th, 2016 Masterworks Broadway released the World Premiere Recording of the award winning new hit Polkadots: The Cool Kids Musical. Written by Douglas Lyons, Melvin Tunstall, III and Greg Borowsky, Polkadots is a new musical inspired by the true events of the Civil Rights pioneers Ruby Bridges and The Little Rock Nine. The album's release was celebrated in a concert presentation at The Lindeman (508 w42) on Monday Oct 24th, 2016.
