HBO has renewed REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER for two more seasons, it was announced today by Nina Rosenstein, Executive Vice President, HBO Programming. The show will be on the network through 2022 and is available on HBO and to stream on HBO Max.

REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER continued its 18th season on Friday, May 29. Allowing Maher to offer his unique perspective on contemporary issues, the show, which is currently being filmed remotely from his home, includes virtual interviews with guests.

Allowing Maher to offer his unique perspective on contemporary issues, the show includes an opening monologue, roundtable discussions with panelists and interviews with guests. 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg is the top-of-show interview guest. Professor and author Michael Eric Dyson is the mid-show interview guest. The roundtable guests are former Democratic mayor of New Orleans and Lt. Governor of Louisiana Mitch Landrieu, former U.S. Navy pilot and current New Jersey congresswoman Mikie Sherrill, and Republican strategist and New York Times bestselling author Rick Wilson.

Journalist Megyn Kelly appeared on an episode of Real Time With Bill Maher earlier this week. Kelly joined Bill to discuss the media and political correctness in the age of Trump. She also chatted about the film Bombshell, which told the story of sexual harassment at Fox News, and featured herself (played by Charlize Theron).

In his editorial New Rule last night, Bill encourages President Trump to become an eco-warrior and take up the fight against climate change.
