As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Signature Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the world premiere production of Disney's Freaky Friday. The production will star Heidi Blickenstaff (Broadway's Something Rotten) as Katherine Blake and Emma Hunton (Broadway's Spring Awakening) as Ellie Blake, as well as Jason Gotay(Broadway's Bring It On The Musical) as Adam and Alan H Green (Broadway's School of Rock) as Mike.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts hosts more than 150 outstanding theater students from colleges and universities across the nation as part of the 48th annual Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF), which runs April 12-16, 2016 in multiple locations throughout the Center. I was sitting in the Family Theatre at the Kennedy Center and was getting ready to watch Elephant & Piggie' We Are In A Play, and there was a young boy sitting next to me who did NOT want to be there. Crying and screaming, his dad finally took him out, as he calmed down and came back in the show was starting. And for the next 55 minutes, he sat mesmerized at the stage.
