Due to the overwhelming audience and critical response Sardi's management has scheduled even more additional Saturday evening concerts with Broadway favorite leading man, James Barbour. 'LOVE SONGS' will continue to seduce New Yorkers every Saturday in March with an additional Sunday matinee concert on March 15. BroadwayWorld joined James for his February 28th concert for a night of romantic song!

Barbour, O'Malley Join The Cast Of BROADWAY MUSICALS OF 1924

James Barbour (Tale of Two Cities) and Kerry O'Malley (White Christmas) will join the cast of Broadway Musicals of 1924 on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd. The Town Hall (Executive and Artistic Director Lawrence Zucker) is pleased to kick off the ninth season Broadway By The YearTM, known for great singing and spectacular Broadway dancing. The series is created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel for The Town Hall. Broadway Musicals of 1924 will be directed by Jeffry Denman and will also star previously announced Broadway by the YearTM favorites Marc Kudisch and Sarah Jane McMahon. They will be joined by the show's director/choreographer, Jeffry Denman, who will also star, as well as exciting talents Kendrick Jones, Melinda Sullivan, Erin Denman, Jason Graae, Kevin Worley, special guest The Howard Fishman Quartet and more to be announced.

After a triumphant launch last week with a show that received a standing ovation,
Scott Siegel's BROADWAY JUKEBOX continues as planned with a different cast and
an entirely different slate of Broadway show tunes. This Sunday night, at 6:30 PM,
the audience at Birdland will once again choose the songs that the cast will sing. And
what a cast: Lisa Howard (Putnam County's 25th Annual Spelling Bee), Jack Noseworthy
(Sweet Smell of Success) and Tony Yazbeck (Gypsy) will take the Birdland stage to sing
at least a dozen classic Broadway songs that the audience will pick.

The show is 'Broadway Jukebox', an ever-changing revue of Broadway music on Sunday nights at 6:30 PM that will feature a different trio of musical theater stars every week, each offering a brand new slate of songs. Further, in the spirit of the show's title, the audience will get to pick the Broadway songs they will hear each week! BroadwayWorld's cameras were there for the first night excitement.
