After a triumphant launch last week with a show that received a standing ovation, Scott Siegel's BROADWAY JUKEBOX continues as planned with a different cast and an entirely different slate of Broadway show tunes. This Sunday night, at 6:30 PM, the audience at Birdland will once again choose the songs that the cast will sing. And what a cast: Lisa Howard (Putnam County's 25th Annual Spelling Bee), Jack Noseworthy (Sweet Smell of Success) and Tony Yazbeck (Gypsy) will take the Birdland stage to sing at least a dozen classic Broadway songs that the audience will pick.

"It's my intention," said the show's producer and host, Scott Siegel, "to make this Sunday
night series a place in which today's great musical theater talent can sing our extraordinary
Broadway songbook in front of an audience that appreciates and loves this kind of entertainment.
I want it to be a haven for those who want to hear this great music sung by people who know
how it should be performed. And that being the case, I figured why not let the audience pick the
Broadway songs they want to hear each week: hence, the jukebox concept.

"This week's edition," Siegel continued, "features the beautiful and expressive voice of Lisa Howard,
the energy and charm of Jack Noseworthy, and the grace and style of Tony Yazbeck. These three
terrific talents, all of whom have starred on Broadway in recent years, are primed to put on an exciting show at Birdland on Sunday night."

This week's show will feature Cathy Venable at the piano, with Scott Coulter at the helm as director.

The cover charge is $25 for general seating and $35 for premium seating. There is a $10 minimum for food and/or beverage. There is a discount for series regulars. Reservations can be made by calling Birdland at 212-581-3080. Birdland is located at 315 West 44th Street.
