Bergen County Players is thrilled to present the final mainstage production of its 2014-2015 season of shows, the 2009 Tony Award-winning play, God of Carnage, written by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton and directed by Alyson Cohn. Bergen County Players presents the final mainstage production of its 2014-2015 season of shows, the 2009 Tony Award-winning play, God of Carnage, written by Yasmina Reza, translated by  Christopher Hampton and directed by Alyson Cohn. God of Carnage will open on May 2, 2015 and run through Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell (no performances Memorial Day weekend, May 22-24). The New York Times described Carnage as '[a] streamlined anatomy of the human animal... [The play] delivers the cathartic release of watching otherpeople's marriages go boom.'

It was an effervescent sold-out crowd that packed The Ridgefield Playhouse for the 14th Anniversary Gala on September 17 to see Willie Nelson, up-close-and-personal with his Family band. In an evening brimming with dinner courtesy of area food establishments, an open bar, silent and live auctions and honorees, it was the social event of the season.

dell'Arte Opera Ensemble, which offers role debut and training opportunities to emerging opera artists, celebrates its eleventh season of high-quality, affordable NYC performances with a Shakespearean summer. The company's Shakespeare Repertoire Project (SRP) includes fully-staged productions of Salieri's 'Falstaff' and Purcell's 'The Fairy Queen,' along with a semi-staged production of Verdi's 'Macbeth,' and an evening of Shakespearean 'Songs and Sonnets.'
