Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre to Present THE MOST DESERVING, 2/12-3/1

Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, professional Theatre in Residence at Oakes Center in Summit, is producing the New Jersey premiere of Catherine Trieschmann's The Most Deserving. This comedy recently played Off-Broadway at The Women's Project, after having made its debut at the Denver New Play Summit. The Most Deserving plays February 12 through March 1, with talkbacks following the February 15 and 22 matinees.

100 YEARS, THE MOST DESERVING and RAPTURE, BLISTER, BURN Set for Dreamcatcher Rep's 20th Anniversary Season

Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, in residence at the Oakes Center at 120 Morris Avenue in Summit, is announcing its twentieth season. This professional company will bring three New Jersey premieres to the stage in addition to improvisational comedy, new play readings, a holiday variety show and many programs for seniors and students. As always, the Dreamcatcher Resident Acting Company and their guests will tell stories that reflect our shared experience of being human with heart and humor.

Motherhood Out Loud plays today, April 24 through May 11, with talkbacks following the April 27 and May 4 matinees.

Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, professional Theatre in Residence at the Oakes Center in Summit, will present the New Jersey premiere of Julia Cho's Off-Broadway hit, The Language Archive. This comedy of the heart explores the mysterious language of love, which often fails when it is needed most. Recently produced at both the Roundabout in New York and South Coast Rep in California, The Language Archive plays January 25 through February 10.

The production, with book and lyrics by Artistic Director Laura Ekstrand and music by Joseph Zawila, runs from tonight, September 28 through October 14. This play was created from the stories of Dreamcatcher's Resident Acting Company, and takes a loving and sometimes hilarious look at the way we live among the people around us who are not quite strangers, but also not quite friends.

15 Members Of Actors' Equity Association Elected To National Council

Fifteen members of Actors' Equity Association, the Union which represents more than 47,000 stage actors and stage managers nationwide, were elected to the National Council, the Union's governing body, it was announced today. These members were elected to serve five year terms and represent Principals, Chorus and Stage Managers in Equity's three regions, Eastern, Central and Western.
