Erin Davie, who co-starred in Broadway's Grey Gardens, will host the January 26 Monday Nights, New Voices' concert at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

Originally produced in 1964 as a commission for the new Lincoln Center Theatre Company (directed by Harold Clurman, starring Joseph Wiseman, David Wayne and Hal Holbrook), it was last seen in New York over 25 years ago in a 1981 production by The Jewish Repertory Theatre. Performances of Incident at Vichy begin at The Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Sunday March 8th, 2009. Opening night is Monday, March 16th at 7:30 pm. Performances will continue through Sunday, April 11th.

A detention room in France during the German occupation is the setting for America's preeminent playwright to explore the themes of guilt and complicity with the forces of authority. In Incident at Vichy, ten men have been picked up for ?questioning.' As the men grapple with the fears, uncertainty and self-denial about the unspeakable fate that awaits them, Miller uniquely examines an historical period whose consequences continue to reverberate today.
On February 16th, some of today's brightest Broadway talent will celebrate the compositions of songwriter Katie Thompson.
Those scheduled to appear at the 7pm Birdland concert include Lisa Brescia, Carly Jibson, Carrie Manolakos, Julie Reiber and Kate Shindle. More performers will be announced shortly.
Thompson, whom will accompany each performer as well as herself on the piano, will be joined by cellists Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf and Allison

Katie Thompson is one of the most celebrated, undiscovered talent in New York. Katie originated the roles of 'Sariah' in THE ARK and 'Connie Lou' in Michael McLean's THE FORGOTTEN CAROLS, a role she owned for 7 years of touring everywhere from Honolulu to Washington, D.C. As a songwriter, Katie was nominated for a Pearl Award, an Indie Award, and on the MAC ballot for her original songs 'I Can Be Bought', 'It Doesn't Hurt', and for NEW YORK DEBUT - FEMALE. The Broadway Boys presented 'BROADWAY SINGS FOR TOYS!' a benefit for Toys For Tots. This year was the 4th installment of this special holiday concert/celebration. The benefit took take place December 14th at 9PM at The Zipper Factory, 336 W. 37th Street.
