A New York return after 22 years! The Alloy Theater Company presents 'Tell Me On A Sunday' with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Don Black and Richard Maltby, Jr. and stars 2007 MAC award nominee Maxine Linehan. The show will run on Sundays from now through May 18th at The Laurie Beechman Theater @The West Bank Café 407 W42nd Street.
Brightman's 'Symphony' CD Tours Mexico, UK Release, PBS Concert

Sarah Brightman's marathon promotion tour for the release of her new album 'Symphony' begins again, with the first stop being in Mexico. Additionally, it has been announced that 'Symphony' will be released in the UK on April 14. 'Symphony' concert in Vienna will be broadcast on PBS in March.

'Symphony' by Sarah Brightman, the world's biggest selling soprano of all time, scores her highest U.S. chart debut this week at #13 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart with first week sales totaling 31,463. 'Symphony' is Brightman's first album of new material in five years.

There's a current rumor that the previously announced upcoming concert version of Chess, being presented in London, may head into the West End if successful at the two-night run in the Royal Albert Hall in May. Book writer Tim Rice, who wrote the book and lyrics purportedly stated: 'Rather than set up a £20 million production, we want to see how it holds up at the Albert Hall before we move ahead for an incredibly expensive production in a theatre.'

Casting has been announced for the London production of Jersey Boys, the Tony Award award-winning Broadway musical. The show will open in London's West End at the Prince Edward Theatre on Tuesday March 18, 2008, following previews from February 28, 2008. The London cast will be headed by Ryan Molloy as Frankie Valli, Stephen Ashfield as Bob Gaudio, Glenn Carter as Tommy DeVito and Philip Bulcock as Nick Massi.

Lionsgate (NYSE:LGF), the leading independent filmed entertainment studio and Twisted Pictures announced today that many of the top rock musicians were enlisted to record music for the Repo! The Genetic Opera soundtrack. Principal photography for the film was completed last month in Toronto, Canada. The film was stars Paul Sorvino, Paris Hilton, Alexa Vega, Anthony Head, Bill Moseley, Sarah Brightman and Kevin Ogilvie.
