The navigational prowess of 'the most famous reindeer of all' will again illuminate Santa Claus' way into the Christmas season, on a rebroadcast of RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, Tuesday, Nov. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

As usual this time of year, the award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company will be accepting nonperishable items for the Cape May Food Closet.

Tennessee Repertory Theatre will once again present the holiday cult A Christmas Story adapted by Phillip Grecian and based on the motion picture by Jean Shepherd, Leigh Brown, and Bob Clark. A Christmas Story runs December 8-22 at TPAC's Johnson Theater.

There are two ways to celebrate the holidays at DSI Comedy Theater this year. This year, the theatre is welcoming audiences into the theatre for Home for the Holidays, an improvised comedy show and a Holiday Sketchtravaganza, a series of holiday related comic sketches. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced the Company's 2011-2012 Main Stage season at a special VIP Sneak Preview held at the Addison Theatre Centre. The season opens with the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening (September 30 - October 30, 2011) followed by the return of the popular holiday show Rockin' Christmas Party (November 26 - December 18, 2011, underwritten by Frost Bank). The season continues in early January with The Diary of Anne Frank (January 6 - February 5, 2012), the Tony Award-winning play August: Osage County (March 30 - April 29, 2012), Boeing-Boeing (May 25 - June24, 2012) and Smokey Joe's Café (July 20 - August 19, 2012). The annual Out of the Loop Fringe Festival will be held March 1 - 11, 2012. All productions will be staged at the Addison Theatre Centre at 15650 Addison Road, Addison, Texas 75001.

The parade was Broadcast on both NBC and CBS and some of Broadway's biggest shows took center stage to entertain the masses. HOOPS&YOYO RUIN CHRISTMAS, a new animated special presented by Hallmark, follows the unexpected adventure of the comical pink kitty and green bunny team, hoops&yoyo, after they become accidental stowaways on Santa's sleigh. This holiday program will be broadcast Friday, Nov. 25 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The CBS Television Network will present THE ELF ON THE SHELF: AN ELF'S STORY, a new animated feature based on the best-selling holiday children's book The Elf on the Shelf, to be broadcast on CBS as a special presentation on Friday, Nov. 25 (8:30 - 9:00 PM, ET/PT).

A CHRISTMAS CAROL, a dazzling annual holiday tradition entertaining thousands of children and families each year, will be presented from November 25 through December 20 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane. The timeless classic is directed by Scott Calcagno and features a cast of top Chicago actors. Drury Lane Theatre also offers families the special opportunity to have breakfast with Santa Claus on select performance dates, with a festive buffet-style menu complete with seasonal favorites. Global Winter Wonderland is the largest such festival ever outside of China. The event runs November 25 - January 2 and is constructed using green and sustainable materials.
